How to get started in setting up an on-site employee flu clinic?

• Designate a coordinator who will liaison with Flu Prevention Partners in setting up the clinic.
• Ask your identified HR manager to contact your company’s insurance provider to check whether the flu vaccination is covered under your specific plan.
• Identify a centrally located and easily accessible space large enough (cafeteria, conference) to accommodate all of the employees and our nurses.
• Advertise the upcoming clinic to your employees.
